INFINITE Company
INFINITE Company (인피니트 컴퍼니) is the artist-run management agency founded by the members of INFINITE after departing their long-time home Woollim Entertainment. Established January 19, 2023, with Kim Sung-kyu as CEO, the company assumed full operational control of INFINITE's group schedules, live performances, and public communications.
The transition to self-management was made possible in part by an unprecedented gesture from Woollim's CEO, who unconditionally transferred all trademark rights for the INFINITE name and likography to the members -- a move that allowed the group to continue together without the legal complications that typically shadow such transitions. In April 2023, copyright for INFINITE-related materials was formally transferred from Woollim to INFINITE Company, handing the group full ownership of their fifteen-year archive of recordings and trademarks.
Each of the six members maintains separate solo agency affiliations while INFINITE Company coordinates all group releases, touring, and communications. In 2024, the group embarked on the LIMITED EDITION world tour, celebrating their 15th anniversary and performing across Asia, North America, and Europe. In March 2025, INFINITE Company oversaw the release of their eighth EP LIKE INFINITE, marking a significant creative milestone under fully member-controlled management. A subsequent 2025 Asia Pacific tour extended the anniversary campaign further.
