ONE HUNDRED Label

ONE HUNDRED (원헌드레드레이블) is a South Korean entertainment conglomerate founded by rapper MC Mong (Shin Dong-hyun) and businesswoman Cha Ga-won on July 13, 2023. Also stylized as 100RED, the company serves as the parent organization for multiple labels including Big Planet Made Entertainment (BPM), Million Market, and INB100. ONE HUNDRED was built through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Co-founder Cha Ga-won serves as CEO and majority shareholder; she also heads real estate group p_Arc. MC Mong's industry network helped establish credibility at launch. Big Planet Made, co-founded by MC Mong in 2021, was the label's first subsidiary and houses artists including Taemin (SHINee), Lee Mu-jin, VIVIZ, and Lee Seung-gi. INB100, led by EXO's Baekhyun, joined the group in 2024. In November 2024, ONE HUNDRED signed The Boyz after their contract with IST Entertainment expired, marking a high-profile acquisition. However, the relationship deteriorated rapidly. The company terminated its contract with member Ju Haknyeon in June 2025. MC Mong stepped down as executive producer citing health issues in July 2025. Reports of a leadership dispute between MC Mong and Cha Ga-won emerged in late 2025. In February 2026, nine of the ten remaining Boyz members -- Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric -- sent a certified letter notifying CEO Cha Ga-won of their intent to terminate contracts, citing unpaid settlements for all activities from July 2025 onward. ONE HUNDRED formally rejected the termination notice on March 19, 2026. The legal dispute remains ongoing as of March 2026.
