INB100
INB100 (아이앤비100, also stylized as I&B 100) is a South Korean record label founded by EXO member Baekhyun in January 2024. The label was established to manage solo activities and EXO-CBX unit work for Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen following their departure from exclusive SM Entertainment management.
In May 2024, INB100 was acquired by ONE HUNDRED Label, the entertainment conglomerate founded by MC Mong and Cha Ga-won. Under this structure, INB100 operates as a subsidiary alongside Big Planet Made Entertainment and Million Market. The acquisition provided INB100 with broader industry resources while maintaining its artist-centric focus.
The EXO-CBX members continue their group EXO activities under SM Entertainment while INB100 handles independent work. This arrangement has not been without friction: ongoing legal disputes with SM over contract terms, revenue transparency, and profit-sharing percentages led to EXO-CBX's absence from EXO's 2026 album REVERXE. Multiple court rulings in 2025 favored SM in these disputes.
INB100 represents a significant shift in K-pop, marking one of the rare instances where top-tier idols successfully established independent operations outside a major agency. Current roster: Baekhyun, Xiumin, Chen, and EXO-CBX as a unit.
