TEAMHOPE (팀호프) is a South Korean entertainment management agency founded in 2024 by a longtime manager of actor Byun Yo-han. Based in Gangnam, Seoul, the agency operates under the philosophy of delivering hope through quality content and long-term artist partnerships. The agency launched with a core roster of Byun Yo-han, Lee Ga-seop, Lee Joo-young, and mixed martial arts athlete Choi Seung-woo. In May 2024, Uhm Tae-goo signed an exclusive contract, bringing one of Korean cinema's most respected character actors into the fold. In January 2025, actress Lee Ha-nui (also known as Honey Lee, former Miss Korea 2006) joined, significantly raising the agency's profile. Byun Yo-han remains the flagship client. Known internationally for his transformative performance in Disney+'s political thriller Mr. Sunshine (2018), he built his reputation through Misaeng: Incomplete Life (2014), Six Flying Dragons (2015-2016), and the 2024 thriller Black Out. On February 27, 2026, TEAMHOPE confirmed that Byun Yo-han and Girls' Generation member Tiffany Young had completed their marriage registration, a personal milestone that elevated the agency's public profile across global K-entertainment media. Tiffany Young subsequently joined the TEAMHOPE roster. Despite being a young agency, TEAMHOPE has assembled a roster capable of carrying prestige drama leads across broadcasting networks and streaming platforms. Its management approach prioritizes selective, long-view project choices rather than volume.
