Hyunjin (LOONA)

Hyunjin, born Kim Hyun-jin (김현진), is one of the artists most closely tied to LOONA's long afterlife. She entered the project through the 2016 single album HyunJin, moved into LOONA 1/3, and later helped carry the full group's identity through one of K-pop's messiest label collapses and restructures.

That history matters because Hyunjin never stayed frozen inside the original Blockberry Creative frame. She moved into Loossemble under CTDENM, took on a more visible leadership role, and kept the audience relationship intact while the business side around the members kept shifting.

The current phase is more self-directed. Hyunjin now works from Triangle ENM while also expanding her range inside LATENCY, where she drums under Oddinary Records. That pivot reframes her less as a survivor of LOONA's fractured timeline and more as an artist still building new lanes from it.
