LNGSHOT

LNGSHOT (롱샷) is a four-member South Korean boy group formed under MORE VISION, the record label founded by American rapper Jay Park. The group name, pronounced "long shot", signals the ethos Jay Park built the group around: people who, against all odds, make their vision real. The lineup consists of Ohyul, Ryul, Woojin, and Louis. MORE VISION officially unveiled LNGSHOT in September 2025, with Park gradually revealing member names and dropping pre-debut content. In August 2025, the group made a surprise live appearance alongside Jay Park at a Hanyang University festival, previewing unreleased material before any formal announcement. In November 2025, LNGSHOT released their first pre-debut project, the 4shoboiz Mixtape, followed by the pre-debut single "Saucin'" in December. The music video featured Jay Park in a comedic CEO role that satirized early criticism of the group's provocative concept imagery. They performed at the 2025 Melon Music Awards alongside Jay Park and H1ghr Music artists. The group officially debuted on January 13, 2026 with the single "Moonwalkin'" and the debut EP Shot Callers. The six-track EP saw members contribute to five tracks as lyricists, composers, and arrangers. Member Louis appeared on "Lullaby Remix" by American artist JD McCrary alongside Jay Park and Paradise prior to the debut, establishing an international presence before the formal launch. "Moonwalkin'" was explained by Woojin as inspired by Michael Jackson's iconic illusion: the appearance of moving forward while actually sliding back. LNGSHOT performed on Mnet's M Countdown at debut. Their sound sits at the intersection of K-pop and hip-hop, shaped by the MORE VISION aesthetic.
