Minnie
Minnie (민니), born Nicha Yontararak, has become one of the most distinctive voices in i-dle because she never sounds interchangeable. Her tone is soft without disappearing, precise without feeling clinical, and instantly recognizable across Korean and global pop contexts. That identity has made her more than a dependable group vocalist under CUBE Entertainment. It has made her one of the group's clearest creative signatures.
After arriving in Korea from Bangkok and debuting with i-dle in May 2018, Minnie steadily expanded her role from performer to songwriter and producer. Credits like Blow Your Mind, I'm the Trend, and later solo material showed she was not just adding texture to releases. She was helping shape them. That lane sharpened again in January 2025, when she released her first solo EP Her after the pre-release single Blind Eyes Red, giving her a full project built around voice, authorship, and mood rather than a one-off idol detour.
The current picture is stronger because it spans more than one market. Minnie remains central to i-dle's group run, including 2025's We are cycle and the 2026 digital single Mono featuring skaiwater, while her solo work keeps pulling in collaborators like Yuqi and Ten. In 2026 she reads less like a promising all-rounder and more like a fully formed pop creator whose Thai, Korean, and wider Asian reach all feed the same career.
