
Miyeon
Cho Miyeon (조미연), known by her stage name Miyeon, is the main vocalist and visual of i-dle. Born January 31, 1997, in Incheon, she spent five years training at YG Entertainment alongside BLACKPINK's Jennie before joining CUBE Entertainment and debuting with i-dle in May 2018.
Miyeon's vocal ability anchors the group's sound. She voiced Ahri in League of Legends virtual group K/DA, whose debut single "Pop/Stars" topped Billboard's World Digital Songs chart in 2018. As a soloist, she released her debut EP My in April 2022, followed by digital single "Sky Walking" in August 2025 and her second mini album My, Lover in November 2025.
Beyond music, Miyeon has built a career as a variety show host and MC, appearing on Running Man, Hangout with Yoo, and hosting programs with comedian Lee Young-ji. Her endorsements include Jimmy Choo, Wakemake, and Cell Fusion C.
As part of i-dle, Miyeon contributed to the group's record-breaking discography, including studio album 2 (2024) and seventh EP I Sway (2024). The group rebranded to i-dle in May 2025 upon renewing contracts for their seventh anniversary.
