Miyeon
Cho Miyeon (조미연) has one of the cleanest vocal signatures in fourth-generation K-pop. After a long trainee stretch that started at YG, she reset at CUBE Entertainment and debuted with i-dle in 2018, giving the group a main-vocal center that could handle both glossy pop hooks and heavier emotional material.
That range made Miyeon valuable far beyond standard group duties. She voiced Ahri in K/DA, putting her on one of the rare K-pop crossover records that broke out hard in gaming and mainstream digital culture at the same time, and she built a solo lane with My in 2022 before returning with My, Lover in 2025. The music works because her tone stays precise without sounding cold.
Miyeon has also turned herself into a reliable screen presence. Hosting, variety work, OST cuts, and acting projects have widened her profile without diluting the core appeal: she still reads first as a singer whose control and color can carry a chorus on impact. Inside i-dle's post-rebrand era, that balance keeps her page relevant as both a group pillar and a fully marketable solo name.
