No Ji-won (노지원) is the executive leading ABD, the new HYBE label built for a second-half 2026 girl-group debut. HYBE introduced No as the imprint's chief executive, placing her in charge of management and the process of turning a new corporate unit into a functioning artist-launch platform.

What gives the appointment weight is her planning background at Pledis Entertainment, where she previously served as head of artist planning, plus additional label-management experience at More Vision cited in launch coverage. That makes her a builder rather than a placeholder appointment. HYBE is using an operator with direct label experience at the point where a new brand has to move from announcement to real-world execution.

For ABD, No Ji-won is the executive counterweight to Han Sung-soo's production role. She is the person tasked with defining the label's management discipline, growth structure, and launch readiness before the first group enters the market.
