TWS (투어스), short for "Twenty Four Seven With Us," arrived in January 2024 as Pledis Entertainment's first new boy group since SEVENTEEN. The six-member team, made up of Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin, was built around a cleaner emotional register than most rookie boy groups chasing impact through maximalism.

That is where their self-defined "boyhood pop" lane actually works. TWS sells movement, charm, and coming-of-age detail instead of noise for its own sake. Sparkling Blue and "Plot Twist" gave the group an immediate public identity, and the follow-up run confirmed that Pledis was not launching a one-song concept but a longer-term brand with real replay value.

The group's fast commercial lift matters because it reset the conversation around what a HYBE-era rookie can look like when the pitch is warmth rather than spectacle. TWS has moved quickly into brand work, live stages, and a growing catalog without losing the casual ease that made the debut land in the first place.
