Taehyun

Kang Taehyun (강태현, born February 5, 2002, Seoul) is the main vocalist of TOMORROW X TOGETHER and one of the most technically precise singers in fourth-generation K-pop. He attended Hanlim Multi Art School and trained with Big Hit Entertainment for three years before being revealed as TXT’s fourth member in January 2019. The group debuted on March 4, 2019 with The Dream Chapter: Star, which hit number one on the Circle Album Chart and Billboard World Albums Chart. Taehyun co-wrote TXT’s "Maze in the Mirror" in 2020, marking his first songwriting credit. Justin Bieber and The Kid Laroi inform his approach, but his voice, a powerful tenor with rare control in the upper register, is distinctly his own. In 2022, he featured on Salem Ilese and Alan Walker’s "PS5" alongside Yeonjun. Outside the group, he co-hosted EBS radio show "Listen" (January-May 2021) and launched the web variety show Academy Reincarnation in December 2023. Collaborations have come fast. In May 2024 he joined Tomohisa Yamashita for "Perfect Storm" on the Fuji TV drama Blue Moment. That November, he and HueningKai released "Can’t Stop" for ENA’s Brewing Love OST, followed by "Surfing in the Moonlight" for Netflix’s Melo Movie in February 2025. In July 2025, he featured alongside Kim Chaewon on Jvke’s "Butterflies." In February 2026, Taehyun became the first male global ambassador for Centellian24, the pharma-rooted skincare brand pushing into the US market.
