TUNEXX
TUNEXX (튜넥스) is a seven-member South Korean boy group under IST Entertainment. Formed partly through Mnet's survival program Boys II Planet (2025), the group debuted on March 3, 2026, with their first mini album Set By Us Only and title track "Proof That I'm Alive."
The group's name derives from "Tune" combined with "X" -- a letter the members describe as representing sound that is "unclassified" and "undefined," resisting genre reduction. That philosophy is built into their debut concept, which frames youth as an active assertion rather than a polished product.
TUNEXX's seven members are: Donggyu (leader, real name Park Dong-gyu), Inhu (Kim In-hu), Sihwan (Kim Si-hwan), Arctic (Perawat Sapthumchat, from Thailand), Taira (Yamashita Takara, from Japan), Sungjun (Moon Sung-jun), and Zeon (Park Jae-hoon). Four members -- Donggyu, Inhu, Sihwan, and Arctic -- competed on Boys II Planet, the 2025 Mnet survival show, while Taira, Sungjun, and Zeon were added to complete the final lineup. Arctic and Taira give TUNEXX a multinational dimension from the outset, representing Thailand and Japan respectively.
Before their official debut, the group released "One Last Chance" as an OST for the Korean drama No Tail To Tell on January 16, 2026 -- their first public recording, arriving six weeks before the mini album.
