Chodan (쵸단), born Hong Ji-hye (홍지혜) on November 1, 1998, is the leader and drummer of the South Korean girl band QWER under Tamago Production. She grew up in a musical family where both parents and siblings played and performed music, an environment that made drumming feel like a natural calling. A graduate of Sungshin Women's University with a bachelor's degree in drums, Chodan arrived at the QWER project with formal training behind her and a long-held dream of being in a live band. She was the first member announced for the QWER Project in July 2023, setting the tempo for everything that followed.

QWER completed their first world tour, ROCKATION, across 17 cities in South Korea, North America, and Asia in 2025. The group closed the tour chapter with the ROCKATION: HOMECOMING encore at Olympic Park in Seoul in March 2026, and announced their fourth mini album CEREMONY for April 27, 2026.
