QWER

QWER (큐더블유이알) is a four-member J-rock and anime-style girl band under Tamago Production, consisting of Chodan (drums, vocals), Magenta (bass), Hina (guitar, keyboards), and Siyeon (vocals, guitar). They debuted on October 18, 2023 with the single album "Harmony from Discord." The group name references QWERTY keyboard keys used in online games like League of Legends. The band was formed through the "QWER Project" YouTube series by content creator Kim Gye-ran (Kim Egg). All members had established online careers before debut: Chodan and Magenta were Twitch streamers, Hina was a TikTok creator with 4 million followers, and Siyeon is a former member of Japanese idol group NMB48. QWER achieved their first music show win with "My Name Is Malguem" on Show Champion in October 2024. Their second EP "Algorithm's Blossom" established them as one of Korea's fastest-rising rock acts. In June 2025, they released their third EP "In a Million Noises, I'll Be Your Harmony" with lead single "Dear." Their first world tour "Rockation" kicks off in Seoul in October 2025.
