Yuqi
Song Yuqi (宋雨琦), known simply as Yuqi (우기), has become one of the clearest cross-market stars in i-dle. After moving from Beijing to train under CUBE Entertainment, she built a recognisable lane through her husky tone, easy variety instincts, and songwriting presence inside the group's catalogue.
Her solo work has steadily widened that profile. Yuqi first stepped out with A Page in 2021, then turned the scale up with the 2024 mini album YUQ1 and the 2025 single album Motivation. Those releases matter because they sharpened her voice as more than an idol member with side content. They framed her as a performer who can carry her own visual campaign, solo hooks, and release cycle.
Outside the studio, Yuqi has kept a real television footprint through Keep Running and short-form hosting, while even a brief Netflix appearance in Celebrity underlined how marketable her persona is across formats. That range is what keeps her relevant. Yuqi is not only part of a major group. She is now a durable solo asset in her own right.
