HUNTR/X

HUNTR/X (헌트릭스) is the three-member performance group built at the center of Netflix and Sony Pictures Animation's KPop Demon Hunters. In-story, Rumi, Mira, and Zoey are chart stars who spend their offstage hours fighting supernatural threats. In practice, the project landed because the music was handled by real artists with enough character to make the fiction feel commercially credible.

The vocal core matters. Rumi is sung by EJAE, Mira by Audrey Nuna, and Zoey by REI AMI. That casting gave songs like Golden, How It's Done, Takedown, and Free a sharper identity than a standard soundtrack cut. The official site positions the trio as a chart force inside the film universe, while the broader rollout turned HUNTR/X into one of the rare fictional K-pop acts that could credibly live beside real-group discourse.

The wider appeal is the blend. HUNTR/X borrows the visual velocity of idol pop, layers in action-world mythology, and still leaves room for actual vocal personalities to come through. That is why the project reads as more than merch-ready IP.
