Park Ji-hoon
Park Ji-hoon (박지훈) has spent nearly a decade turning survival-show fame into a durable two-track career. He broke out through Mnet's Produce 101 Season 2 in 2017, finished second overall, and entered Wanna One as one of the project's most immediately recognizable faces. That run gave him a huge platform, but it did not lock him into nostalgia.
After the group ended, Park built a solo discography beginning with O'Clock while steadily taking on larger acting roles. The real inflection point came with Weak Hero Class 1, where his controlled performance as Yeon Si-eun made the case that he was more than an idol crossing over for novelty. Weak Hero Class 2 and 2026 film The King's Warden only made that argument stronger.
The current version of Park Ji-hoon looks more settled than transitional. Since signing with YY Entertainment in August 2024, he has continued balancing music, drama, and film without overplaying any single lane. That balance is the story now: a former project-group star who kept the fan base, sharpened the acting, and turned longevity into something more deliberate than momentum alone.
