TREASURE
TREASURE (트레저) remains one of YG Entertainment's clearest proof that a post-BLACKPINK idol team can carry both catalog depth and touring scale. The ten-member group turned YG Treasure Box into a real commercial engine after debuting in 2020, then kept widening the lane with million-selling releases, a durable Japan business, and a performance style that leans harder into YG's live-band energy than many of their generation-mates. Even after lineup changes and a leadership reset, TREASURE has stayed legible as a core act rather than a nostalgia play.
The recent cycle sharpened that point. PLEASURE reopened 2025 with a softer, fan-facing mood, then LOVE PULSE pushed the group back into a bigger-scale comeback lane in September with a concept built around high energy and emotional impact. That release fed directly into the 2025 to 2026 PULSE ON tour cycle, extending TREASURE's reputation as one of YG's strongest live earners. Japan remains central to that story, but the group's reach also matters in the broader fifth-generation conversation because they kept translating fandom intensity into real ticket power.
TREASURE's current identity is also more defined internally than it was at debut. Junkyu and Asahi now lead the team, while members like Choi Hyun Suk, Yoshi, and Haruto anchor the rap and performance edge that separates the group from cleaner pop-lineup peers. In YG's current roster, where BABYMONSTER is scaling fast on the girl-group side, TREASURE still holds the label's most established boy-group position and keeps proving it with each new release cycle.
