Belift Lab
Belift Lab is the HYBE label built around a tightly managed survival-show-to-market pipeline. It launched in 2018 as a joint venture structure and later moved fully inside HYBE, but the company's identity is still defined by the audition-to-debut logic that produced ENHYPEN and later ILLIT.
That matters because Belift was never positioned as a catalog-heavy legacy company. It was built to create high-conviction launches with narrative investment already baked in through formats tied to Mnet and televised trainee competition. The label's page makes the strategy easy to read: fewer acts, heavier rollout control, and a stronger emphasis on immediate global traction.
In practice, ENHYPEN gave Belift its touring and physical-sales proof point, while ILLIT proved the model could also deliver a breakout girl-group cycle. That two-group structure is compact, but it has been enough to make Belift one of the more influential modern label builds inside Korea's multi-label era.
